Analista de Costos – Operaciones de Manufactura

About the role

The company is seeking an analytical professional to join its manufacturing operation. The Cost Analyst will monitor and control expenses, costs, and the annual operating budget across multiple manufacturing units, driving initiatives that improve resource utilization and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Track and control expenses, costs, and the annual operating budget for each manufacturing unit.
• Identify and implement actions to optimize resources and increase operational efficiency.
• Prepare, monitor, and adjust budgets in line with production plans.
• Collaborate with production and logistics teams to ensure cost‑effective processes.

Required profile

• Graduate degree in Public Accounting, Industrial Engineering, Economics or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in financial analysis, budgeting, or operational control within a production plant.
• Understanding of manufacturing processes and logistics.

Required skills

• Budget preparation and control.
• Proficiency with SAP modules: Controlling, Product Costing, and Production Planning.
• Advanced Excel skills.

What we offer

• Full‑time schedule: Monday‑Thursday 8:00 am‑6:00 pm, Friday 8:00 am‑5:00 pm.
• On‑site work in Soyapango.
