About the role
You will support the end‑to‑end recruitment and selection process for technical, operational and administrative positions, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring flow for large‑scale hiring campaigns.
Key responsibilities
- Manage mass recruitment processes from job posting to candidate onboarding.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to define job requirements and selection criteria.
- Screen, interview and assess large volumes of candidates.
- Maintain accurate recruitment records and reports.
- Promote a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.
Required profile
- At least 1 year of recent experience conducting full‑cycle mass recruitment.
- Advanced university studies in Psychology, Administration or a related field.
- Immediate availability to start work.
- Ability to work on‑site in Santa Tecla, La Libertad, El Salvador.
