About the role

The finance company is looking for a Video Monitoring Analyst to oversee CCTV feeds, process recorded data and generate detailed reports on security events. The role combines technical monitoring with data analysis to support operational decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor live and recorded CCTV footage across multiple locations.
• Collect, clean and analyse video data to identify incidents and trends.
• Prepare concise reports summarising findings and relevant events.
• Collaborate with security and operations teams to improve monitoring procedures.
• Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with internal policies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or university student in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Technology or related fields.
• Age between 22 and 35 years.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet performance targets.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts.

Required skills

• Familiarity with various CCTV systems (preferred).
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Competence with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Office 365 suite.
• Knowledge of Power BI (desired).
• Strong analytical abilities for data processing and analysis.
