Analista II – Networking y Seguridad TI

About the role

The Bank is seeking a mid‑level Analyst to design, manage and optimise its communications infrastructure, both on‑premise and in public or private clouds. The role ensures continuity, performance, security and capacity of network services across all operational sites.

Key responsibilities

• Define standards, manage advanced incident response and implement improvements to guarantee availability and resilience of corporate communications platforms.
• Supervise and optimise service‑level agreements with strategic providers, ensuring compliance with corporate and regulatory requirements.
• Design, implement and optimise network architecture, including hybrid connectivity, security components and high‑availability telephony systems.
• Analyse network capacity and performance trends, forecast demand and recommend technical expansions.
• Plan, execute and validate continuity and disaster‑recovery tests in coordination with internal teams and vendors.
• Approve and manage complex changes to communication platforms, applying best‑practice impact analysis and risk controls.
• Define and improve monitoring processes, metrics and automation to reduce recurring incidents.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or engineering in Communications, Systems, Telecommunications or Cybersecurity.
• Demonstrated ability to influence and generate impact within a corporate environment.
• Familiarity with innovative tools, methodologies and emerging digital trends.
• Alignment with corporate values such as sustainable growth, extraordinary performance and dynamism.
