About the role
We are looking for a proactive Online Sales Advisor to join our remote team. The role involves interacting with potential customers through digital platforms, guiding them through the sales process, and ensuring smooth order fulfillment.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries on various digital channels.
- Follow up leads and work to close sales.
- Prepare and complete shipping documentation.
- Monitor order status and pending items in the system.
Required profile
- Immediate availability for full‑time or part‑time remote work.
- Willingness to work 4–8 hours per day.
- Completed or ongoing studies (not mandatory).
- Excellent spelling and written communication skills.
