About the role

The Human Resources Assistant will provide professional support in the administrative and operational management of HR processes. This role contributes to maintaining organized, up‑to‑date documentation and assists in talent management activities.

Key responsibilities

• Organize and update employee files and related documentation.
• Assist in recruitment and selection: post vacancies, screen CVs, coordinate interviews, and track candidates.
• Support onboarding, documentation, and off‑boarding procedures.
• Maintain and update HR databases and performance indicators.
• Provide administrative support for training, induction, and internal communications.
• Help organize climate, culture, and wellbeing initiatives.
• Document performance evaluations, surveys, and other HR processes.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and administrative controls for the HR department.
• Ensure documentation is ready for internal or external audits.
• Assist in communicating HR‑related information across the organization.
• Perform other professional support activities related to the service objectives.

Required profile

• Final‑year student or graduate in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources or a related field.
• Approximately one year of experience in HR, personnel administration or administrative assistance (preferred).
