About the role

You will ensure clear communication with internal and external customers, correctly execute administrative processes, and efficiently coordinate operational activities. Your organization, follow‑up ability, and service attitude will be essential to maintain a high‑quality experience.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain clear and timely communication with clients and internal teams.
• Process billing, collections, and other administrative tasks accurately.
• Coordinate logistical and operational activities to ensure smooth workflow.
• Monitor and follow up on requests until they are fully resolved.
• Use billing systems and administrative control tools to track performance.

Required profile

• High school diploma or university studies in Business Administration, Accounting, Marketing or related fields.
• At least 2 years of experience in customer service, billing, collections or similar administrative roles.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in Spanish.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook.
• Experience using billing systems and administrative control tools.

• Salary range $500‑$550 (negotiable).
• Permanent contract with statutory benefits, life insurance, and performance‑based commissions.
• Full‑time onsite work in Colonia San Benito, San Salvador (Mon‑Fri 8 am‑5 pm, Sat 8 am‑12 pm).
