Associate Sales Representative - CCA

About the role

TD SYNNEX is hiring an Associate Sales Representative for its Caribbean Central America (CCA) organization. This entry-level position supports the sales team by helping develop and execute sales strategies, and is aimed at people starting their career in sales. Candidates from El Salvador and Honduras are encouraged to apply.

Key responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound sales calls and emails to quote prices and place orders for products and services, meeting daily and quarterly sales goals
• Enter orders and track their status
• Answer customer questions on pricing, product availability and shipping or service issues
• Resolve routine, non-complex issues with guidance, and represent the company professionally with customers and partners
• Attend assigned TD SYNNEX and vendor partner trainings and take part in vendor and customer engagement activities outside pre-defined hours
• Perform other duties as assigned and meet attendance and punctuality standards

Required profile

• HS diploma/GED plus 1 year of relevant experience, or a 2-year degree
• B2 or higher proficiency in English
• Experience with multi-tasking and prioritizing in a fast-paced environment, and with delivering effective written and verbal communication
• Ability to negotiate prices and understand a profit culture
• Preferred: bachelor's degree in a business or IT discipline, current sales organization membership, and basic computer skills (spreadsheets, word processors, databases)
