About the role
The company, a long‑standing beverage and food distributor in Central America, is looking for a reliable Warehouse Assistant to support its Metro warehouse operations. The role focuses on handling, controlling, and moving products safely while maintaining a clean and organized environment.
Key responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with internal processes, maintaining stability and transparency of warehouse operations.
- Classify packaging and product boxes on the warehouse floor.
- Load and unload pallets (rastras) and route trucks that supply wholesalers and mini‑warehouses.
- Reload products onto distribution routes.
- Keep the product warehouse, maneuvering yard, and trucks clean.
Required profile
- Completed high school education.
- Residence in Apopa or nearby areas.
- Previous experience in warehouse environments.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent interpersonal relations.
- Committed, responsible, and honest attitude.
- Experience with inventory handling and pallet loading/unloading.
