About the role

We are looking for a Maintenance Assistant to carry out preventive, corrective and emergency maintenance activities on machinery, equipment and plant infrastructure. The role supports the implementation of installations related to projects and ensures assets operate safely, reliably and efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Perform preventive, corrective and emergency maintenance on machinery, equipment and general systems (refrigeration, water, steam, air, electricity, electromechanical).
• Install machinery, equipment, systems and infrastructure for plant projects.
• Provide feedback on work orders with accurate task and cost information.
• Report consumption of spare parts, materials, fuels and lubricants used in industrial conservation activities.
• Identify improvement opportunities to increase asset reliability.
• Execute maintenance tasks according to the corrective and preventive maintenance plan.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent (Diversified/Bachiller).
• 0‑2 years of experience in a similar maintenance role.
• Technical industrial training or experience as a bricklayer.
