About the role

We are looking for a Treasury Assistant to join our Finance team. The role focuses on precise financial control, commission payments, and back‑office investment operations, supporting the organization’s financial objectives.

Key responsibilities

Manage and execute commission payments to advisors and intermediaries.
Record and reconcile accounting entries for financial transactions.
Perform controls and month‑end closures related to the Investment Back Office.
Coordinate with banks and brokerage firms to follow up on operations.
Assist in preparing cash‑flow reports and key financial indicators.
Support audit requests and Treasury initiatives.

Required profile

University student or graduate in Finance, Business Administration or Economics.
Minimum of 1 year experience in accounting or finance positions.
Knowledge of accounting principles, reconciliations, and payment processes.
Analytical, organized, detail‑oriented and able to work under established procedures and controls.

Required skills

Proficiency with Office 365.
