B2B Business Development Representative (BDR) - Cold Calling, Remote LATAM

About the role

A staffing company, Arvenda, is recruiting a B2B Business Development Representative (BDR) to work remotely for a U.S.-based financial and systems consulting firm serving the home services sector (roofing, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, windows and other blue-collar trades). The role covers the outbound segment end to end: heavy cold calling, follow-up emails and booking qualified discovery calls. It is measured by weekly bookings, not hours logged.

Key responsibilities

• Run high-volume cold calling campaigns to U.S. home services business owners
• Build rapport quickly and pitch consulting and systems services through storytelling
• Send follow-up emails to nurture interest and secure meetings
• Book qualified discovery calls on the client's calendar
• Work through a 10,000+ lead database in Google Sheets with clean, consistent tracking
• Hit weekly booking targets with minimal supervision

Required profile

• 3+ years of proven B2B cold calling experience (required)
• C1/C2 English with a very neutral accent; accent clarity matters because prospects are called directly in the U.S.
• High resilience to daily dialing and rejection, and excellent rapport-building and storytelling skills
• Comfortable working independently with zero micromanagement
• Complete work-from-home setup: good computer, noise-canceling headset and a quiet environment
