Customer Service Representative (Hybrid)

About the role

Car Body Lab, a U.S.-based company offering mobile automotive cosmetic repairs, is hiring a Customer Service Representative (CSR) in Santa Elena, Antiguo Cuscatlán, El Salvador. The position is full-time, hybrid and pays $850-$1,000 USD per month.

Key responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries by call, SMS and email.
• Assist customers with quotes, appointments and service information.
• Follow up with potential customers and help turn inquiries into bookings.
• Resolve customer concerns and coordinate with Sales, Scheduling and Operations teams.
• Maintain accurate customer information in the CRM.

Required profile

• Advanced English, written and spoken.
• Previous customer service or call center experience.
• Sales experience and CRM knowledge are a plus.

Required skills

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Strong organization, attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast pace.
