About the role

RSES (Remote Solutions) is a healthcare outsourcing support company providing medical administrative support, patient coordination and call center services to U.S. healthcare practices. It is hiring a Bilingual Advisor & Data Processor for an on-site position in Antiguo Cuscatlán, La Libertad, working 40 hours a week with weekends off.

Key responsibilities

• Handle 60-70 inbound calls per day in English and Spanish
• Provide professional bilingual customer service to patients
• Perform accurate data entry and documentation
• Support medical scheduling and appointment coordination
• Maintain strong communication with U.S.-based clinical staff
• Ensure compliance with confidentiality and healthcare standards

Required profile

• Advanced English proficiency (85%+ required)
• Previous experience in an English-speaking call center
• Bachelor's degree or currently enrolled university student (preferred)
• Must live in San Salvador or La Libertad, or have reliable transportation
