Call Center Sales Intake Specialist (El Salvador)

About the role

Ovation Law Firm, a fast-growing consumer-focused law firm, is looking for a high-energy, empathetic Legal Intake Specialist to be the first point of contact for people seeking legal help after an injury. The role is fully remote, open to candidates in Latin America, and requires strong English (C1) and fluency in both English and Spanish.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inquiries by phone, web form and chat in real time.
• Run 5-8 minute discovery calls to gather incident details, injuries, liability and insurance status.
• Use proprietary scripts and qualification criteria to decide if a case fits partner legal teams.
• Perform live warm transfers to partners or schedule callbacks for qualified leads.
• Record caller information and outcomes in Salesforce.
• Follow up on pending leads and re-engage prospects who were not ready initially.

Required profile

• At least 1 year in a high-volume call center, customer service or medical/legal office.
• Fluent English and Spanish, able to switch between them.
• Comfortable working independently from home with a quiet, professional workspace.
• Available to work U.S. business hours; willing to use time-tracking software.

Required skills

• Typing 45+ WPM while talking to callers and using several software tools at once.
• Sales-minded approach to guide callers toward action on their personal injury matter.
• Preferred: personal injury intake experience and Salesforce experience.

Hardware and internet

• Laptop or desktop with at least 16 GB RAM and an Intel Core i5 or higher.
• Stable internet of at least 25 Mbps.
