About the role

Join goFLUENT as a Corporate English Trainer who is fluent in Spanish and deliver engaging, live online lessons to business professionals worldwide. You will help executives, managers, engineers, doctors, lawyers and other experts improve their communication skills for the global workplace.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver live, one‑on‑one and small‑group English lessons via video‑conferencing platforms.
• Follow goFLUENT’s proven curriculum and teaching methodology to create interactive sessions.
• Foster a supportive virtual classroom that encourages participation and confidence.
• Provide constructive feedback and complete detailed lesson reports after each session.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Experience in language teaching or corporate training is preferred.
• Excellent spoken and written English and Spanish.
• Comfortable teaching through video‑conferencing tools.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities.
• Professional, learner‑focused attitude and a quiet workspace with reliable internet.
