Bilingual Medical & Dental Receptionist / Admin (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a reliable, compassionate, and highly organized bilingual professional to join our growing behavioral health practice as a Medical & Dental Receptionist/Admin. The role is fully remote and involves handling patient communications, scheduling, and administrative support in both English and Spanish.

Key responsibilities

• Answer patient calls in English and Spanish and respond to inquiries professionally.
• Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments.
• Verify insurance details and update patient records.
• Handle referrals, faxes, and maintain medical records.
• Coordinate with providers and clinical staff.
• Perform administrative and data‑entry tasks while ensuring HIPAA compliance.

Required profile

• Fluent written and spoken English and Spanish.
• Experience as a medical receptionist, medical virtual assistant, or healthcare administrator preferred.
• Excellent communication, phone etiquette, and multitasking abilities.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Required skills

• Experience with EHR/EMR systems (preferred).
• Familiarity with Time Doctor for time tracking.
• Ability to work on a HIPAA‑compliant virtual desktop.

What we offer

• Hourly pay of $6.00 for the first 90 days, increasing to $7.00 thereafter.
