Business Development Specialist

About the role

Wingman Support is seeking a highly driven Business Development Specialist to lead its commercial growth strategy within the staffing and outsourcing sector. The ideal candidate is a true hunter sales professional who can identify opportunities, build client relationships, and close deals across BPO, recruitment and related business services.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to generate new business opportunities.
• Identify, prospect, and engage potential clients across various industries.
• Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through networking, outreach and lead‑generation activities.
• Conduct discovery meetings, deliver presentations and negotiate commercial agreements.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful service delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Support the commercialization of new staffing services, consulting and technology‑related offerings.

Required profile

• Proven experience in Business Development, B2B Sales, Account Management or Commercial Leadership.
• Strong background selling BPO, outsourcing, staffing, recruitment, call‑center or business services solutions.
• Demonstrated ability to generate leads and close new business.
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Self‑motivated, proactive and highly results‑driven.
• Advanced English preferred; experience with international clients is a plus.
