Business Development Specialist

About the role

Wingman Support is looking for a highly driven and results‑oriented Business Development Specialist to lead its commercial growth strategy and expand its presence in the staffing and outsourcing industry. This role is ideal for a true hunter sales professional with experience identifying opportunities, building client relationships, and closing deals.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to generate new business opportunities.
• Identify, prospect, and engage potential clients across different industries.
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through networking, outreach, and lead generation activities.
• Conduct discovery meetings, deliver presentations, and negotiate commercial agreements.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Proven experience in Business Development, B2B Sales, Account Management, or Commercial Leadership.
• Strong background selling BPO, outsourcing, staffing, recruitment, call‑center, or business‑services solutions.
• Demonstrated ability to generate leads and close new business.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Self‑motivated, proactive, and highly results‑driven.
