Circuit Delivery Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for a Circuit Delivery Coordinator to join our Service Delivery team. In this fully remote, full‑time position you will manage third‑party resources and ensure the timely, quality delivery of internet, voice, and SD‑WAN services to our business customers.

Key responsibilities

• Support project managers in provisioning new orders, upgrades, moves, changes, and disconnects for internet, voice, and SD‑WAN services.
• Process carrier orders, including voice services, phone provisioning, and number porting.
• Request, schedule, and manage dispatches and third‑party resources.
• Communicate order status regularly with customers, vendors, sales teams, and internal stakeholders.
• Prioritize daily workload, drive escalations when needed, and act as liaison for customer or carrier issues.
• Maintain accurate documentation of order dependencies, priorities, and project installation status.
• Take on additional projects to support team and organizational success.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in the telecommunications industry.
• Experience with internet circuit ordering and carrier interactions.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and project‑management abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High integrity, ethical conduct, and a collaborative team mindset.
