Claims Adjustor Assistant

About the role

Join Wallenius Wilhelmsen’s Global Claims team as a Claims Adjustor Assistant. This position supports the delivery of client KPIs by preparing data reports, tracking trends, and handling administrative tasks related to claims and recoveries.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain master data, manage claims mailboxes, and ensure accurate data entry in claim systems.
• Locate, upload, and archive documentation in the claims system and shared drives.
• Generate regular reports, trend analyses, and PowerPoint presentations for internal stakeholders and senior management.
• Validate data, run reports, and assist with billing for P&I and performing lines.
• Support special projects as directed by the Global Claims Manager.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled university student with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and collaborate within a team.
• Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and improve.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
