We are a leading multinational company seeking a Commercial District Manager to lead a high‑performing sales and service team in El Salvador. This senior position focuses on driving revenue growth, profitability, and customer retention across the assigned territory.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of sales and service professionals.
• Drive revenue growth, profitability, and customer retention across the territory.
• Develop and execute business plans aligned with organizational objectives.
• Build and strengthen relationships with key customers and strategic stakeholders.
• Monitor performance, identify market opportunities, and implement action plans to meet targets.
• Ensure operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and compliance with company policies and safety standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience leading commercial, sales, or service teams.
• Proven track record of delivering business growth and profitability.
• Advanced English proficiency and a valid driver’s license.
• Willingness to travel within Guatemala as needed.
