About the role

The General Accountant will lead the accounting and financial operations of the company, ensuring accurate record‑keeping and compliance with tax regulations. This position supports strategic decision‑making by delivering reliable financial information.

Key responsibilities

Plan, organize, direct and control all accounting and financial activities.
Guarantee the accuracy of accounting records.
Ensure compliance with fiscal and accounting legislation.
Provide trustworthy financial data for strategic decisions.

Required profile

Proven experience in accounting.
Knowledge of accounting laws and regulations.
Availability to work full‑time.
Residence within 15 km of Carretara, El Salvador.

Required skills

What we offer

Positive work environment.
Standard schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 am – 5 pm.
Saturday half‑day work.
