About the role

DitoBanx, an innovative fintech company in El Salvador, is looking for a qualified Accountant to join its finance team. You will be responsible for managing the full accounting cycle and ensuring compliance with local regulations and international standards.

Key responsibilities

• Handle the complete accounting cycle, from journal entries to month‑end closing.
• Prepare, review and analyze financial statements.
• Ensure compliance with IFRS, Salvadoran Tax Code, Commercial Code and labor legislation.
• Apply anti‑money‑laundering and counter‑terrorism financing regulations.
• Maintain accurate records using Excel and accounting software.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Public Accounting.
• Active accountant license.
• At least 2 years of proven experience in accounting.
• Knowledge of IFRS, Salvadoran tax and commercial codes, labor law, and AML/CTF regulations.
