Corporate Travel Analyst (Remote)

About the role

BairesDev, a technology company founded more than 15 years ago with a 4,000+ remote team, is hiring a Corporate Travel Analyst. The role supports travel and mobility arrangements for clients and employees, helping navigate different cultures, time zones and regulations, from booking support to coordinating logistics and itineraries.

Key responsibilities

• Research, arrange and coordinate travel, transportation, accommodation and related services.
• Support cost projections and expense report processes.
• Analyze existing processes and identify opportunities for savings and efficiency.
• Keep stakeholders aware of regulations, including passport and visa requirements across destinations.
• Coordinate mobility processes such as flights and housing.
• Document processes and suggest improvements.

Required profile

• Experience in travel, mobility or logistics coordination.
• Good level of English.
