Senior Shipping Analyst

About the role

Dollarcity, a retailer with more than 800 stores across five Latin American countries, is hiring a Senior Shipping Analyst within its Shared Services team. The role covers end-to-end execution of daily international logistics operations, from purchase order follow-up and shipment creation to consolidation, ensuring on-time delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Follow up purchase orders, commercial data, documentation and shipments to ensure on-time delivery.
• Coordinate continuously with vendors, carriers and freight partners on readiness dates, quantities, volumes, documentation and capacity.
• Create, manage and consolidate shipments to optimise full container loads.
• Support shipment bookings, capacity alignment and execution with carriers and freight partners.
• Validate shipment and commercial data in SAP against direct vendor confirmation (quantities, volumes, weights, case pack configurations and pricing).
• Check the completeness and accuracy of shipping documentation and track critical logistics milestones.
• Resolve operational issues and communicate risks or delays related to production, documentation or capacity.
• Ensure KPIs such as lead times, on-time readiness and delivery, vendor SLA compliance and data accuracy.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, International Trade or a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in inventory planning and replenishment, carrier coordination and management, or customer service operations.
• Advanced English proficiency is mandatory.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills, time management, attention to detail and excellent verbal and written communication.

Required skills

• Intermediate Excel proficiency is required.
• Experience with SAP and Power BI is desirable.
