About the role

This position is responsible for managing the laboratory quality system in accordance with the current ISO/IEC 17025 standard, ensuring the credibility of accredited test results both nationally and internationally.

Key responsibilities

• Establish, implement and maintain all processes required for the quality management system.
• Report on system performance and identify improvement opportunities.
• Develop, update and enhance internal laboratory documentation.
• Supervise compliance with quality procedures and ensure the system remains effective.
• Support laboratory leadership in disseminating quality policy and principles.
• Verify that all staff understand and correctly apply quality management requirements.
• Coordinate internal and external audits and ensure corrective actions are taken.
• Validate document accuracy to guarantee proper system functionality.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Preferably a Master’s degree in Safety and Quality Management.
• Experience as a microbiological technician.
• Additional diplomas in quality management are desirable.
• Knowledge of technical processes in avian diagnostics and food quality control.
• Previous experience in similar quality‑focused roles is a plus.
