Customer Support Specialist (Remote - El Salvador)

Key responsibilities

• Chat support: answer technical and feature‑related questions via chat with clarity, empathy and no jargon.
• User guidance: help users see how Metricool fits their workflow and recommend the best plan.
• Customer feedback: collect real user feedback and share suggestions to improve the platform.
• Internal support: coordinate incident reports and cross‑departmental requests.
• Help resources: build and update help guides and support documentation for internal teams and customers.

Required profile

• Location: based in El Salvador.
• Experience: background in customer support or client‑facing roles; SaaS or digital‑marketing experience is a plus.
• Education: training or degree in digital marketing or related fields.
• Languages: fluent in English and Spanish (additional languages a bonus).
• Nice to have: understanding of digital‑marketing basics and basic programming/technical knowledge.
• Mindset: active listening, empathy, clear communication and ability to work independently while collaborating across teams.
