Client Support Specialist

About the role

Reliable Back Office is seeking motivated and professional Client Support Specialists to join its growing team in San Miguel, El Salvador. The role supports U.S.-based clients across operational, administrative, customer support and back‑office functions.

Key responsibilities

• Provide professional support to clients and customers through email, chat, phone and business systems.
• Assist with administrative, operational and coordination‑related tasks.
• Maintain accurate records, documentation and workflow tracking.
• Communicate proactively and follow through on assigned responsibilities.
• Learn and adapt to client systems, tools and processes.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to company and client security standards.
• Represent Reliable Back Office and client organizations with professionalism, responsiveness and care.

Required profile

• Advanced written and verbal English communication skills.
• University education or at least two years of relevant work experience.
• Prior experience in customer service, administrative or operational support.
• Experience using Microsoft Excel, Outlook and CRM systems.
• Strong organizational, time‑management and attention‑to‑detail abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment and learn new technologies.
