Required profile

• Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales or telemarketing with a strong focus on customer interaction.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities; multilingual proficiency is a plus.
• Familiarity with sales administration processes and ability to interpret client data.
• Knowledge of insurance sales or benefits administration is highly desirable.
• Understanding of HIPAA regulations when handling sensitive information.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting while maintaining high productivity and organization.
