Demand Generation Marketing Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Demand Generation Marketing Manager to lead a specialized team that drives revenue‑focused marketing initiatives. You will shape strategy, align cross‑functional efforts, and turn data into actionable growth insights.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high‑performance demand generation team, managing resources and evaluating results.
• Design and execute integrated marketing strategies (digital, ABM, events, content) that generate qualified sales opportunities.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and SDR teams to ensure consistent messaging, ideal customer profile alignment, and a seamless consumer journey.
• Monitor and analyze funnel metrics such as MQLs, SQOs, and ROI, translating findings into actionable recommendations.
• Continuously optimize channel mix, audience segmentation, and offers based on performance data and testing.
• Standardize workflows, best practices, and technology usage (CRM, automation, analytics) to boost operational efficiency.

Required profile

• Result‑oriented with strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Advanced English (90% written and spoken) – essential.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in demand‑generation marketing.
• Proven experience working with CRMs and marketing automation platforms.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
