Demand Generation Marketing Manager

About the role

Blackhawk Network is looking for an experienced Demand Generation Marketing Manager to lead a high‑performing team that drives qualified pipeline across key lines of business. Reporting to the Director of Demand Generation, you will balance people leadership with hands‑on campaign strategy, execution, and reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a pod of demand generation specialists, setting clear goals, providing feedback, and conducting performance reviews.
• Design and implement integrated demand generation strategies across digital, events, email, website, ABM, partner, and content‑driven plays.
• Collaborate with Strategic Marketing, Product Marketing, Sales, and SDR leadership to align programs with ideal customer profiles, personas, and go‑to‑market priorities.
• Own campaign planning, brief creation, project timelines, and calendar management to ensure consistent messaging and offers.
• Establish measurement plans for each campaign, defining MQLs, SALs, SQOs, and key funnel conversion metrics.
• Monitor pipeline, SQOs, conversion, and ROI metrics; drive optimization recommendations for channel mix, audience targeting, creative, and offers.
• Partner with Marketing Operations and Analytics to maintain regular reporting cadence and enforce standardized dashboards.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading demand generation teams in fast‑paced, cross‑functional environments.
• Demonstrated ability to own aggressive pipeline and SQO targets.
• Strong analytical mindset with a track record of translating data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Required skills

• Experience with multi‑channel demand generation (paid media, events, email, web).
• Familiarity with ABM, partner, and content‑driven marketing tactics.
• Proficiency in marketing operations and analytics tools.
