Design Production Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a Design Production Specialist to turn customer‑supplied concepts into production‑ready 2D and 3D files for retail displays and fixtures. The role is fully remote for candidates in Latin America and combines CAD modeling in SolidWorks with graphic preparation in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.

Key responsibilities

• Create, modify and finalize 2D and 3D CAD models using SolidWorks or equivalent software.
• Review and adjust technical drawings to ensure manufacturing feasibility.
• Prepare and refine artwork files in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop, aligning graphics with technical specifications.
• Maintain accurate documentation and version control for all design and production files.
• Collaborate with production teams throughout fabrication and assembly, responding to feedback and making necessary revisions.
• Manage multiple design, artwork, and production files simultaneously.

Required profile

• Background in Industrial Design, CAD Design, Production Art, Prepress or a related discipline.
• Strong professional English communication (B2+/C1).
• Detail‑oriented with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Experience collaborating with manufacturing or fabrication teams.

Required skills

• SolidWorks (or comparable 3‑D CAD software).
• Adobe Illustrator.
• Adobe Photoshop.
• Technical drawing review and documentation.
