About the role

The Service Director will train, advise and guide customers in the proper use of electronic banking channels, supporting the bank’s migration strategy and service culture. The role focuses on meeting targets, reducing wait times and ensuring a smooth digital experience for clients.

Key responsibilities

• Train customers on electronic channels and assist with Qflow kiosk usage, providing personalized support.
• Report any unresolved electronic channel issues to the ATM/Kiosk department, Qflow team, and Call Center.
• Engage waiting customers in the branch, promoting electronic channels and financial correspondents.
• Offer new debit cards, e‑banking services, PIN setup, insurance sales, and digital adoption to meet monthly management plans.
• Refer pre‑approved products (credit cards, loans, salary advances) to the business area for enrollment.
• Manage Qflow system operations, including paper changes, power cycling, fault reporting, and monitoring wait times.

Required profile

• University student (preferable) or recent graduate.
• Basic computer literacy.
• Understanding of basic finance concepts.
• Corporate competencies such as customer focus, sustainability, high performance, and dynamism.

Required skills

• Basic computer operation.
• Knowledge of kiosk systems.
• Familiarity with ATM operations.
• Experience with call‑center platforms.
