About the role

The Service Director will train and assist bank customers in using electronic channels such as online banking, kiosks, and ATMs. The role supports the bank’s digital migration strategy, aiming to reduce wait times and improve customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Provide personalized training on electronic banking channels and the Qflow kiosk system.
• Report technical issues to the ATM, kiosk, Qflow, and call‑center departments promptly.
• Engage customers waiting in branch areas, encouraging the use of digital services and financial correspondents.
• Promote debit cards, e‑banking services, insurance products, and digital adoption to meet monthly management targets.
• Refer pre‑approved credit, loan, and salary‑advance products to the business area for enrollment.
• Manage the Qflow system, including paper loading, power cycling, fault reporting, and monitoring wait times.

Required profile

• University student or recent graduate (preferred).
• Basic understanding of finance and digital trends.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Basic computer operation.
• Familiarity with kiosk systems (Qflow).
• Experience with ATM operation and troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of call‑center software.
