About the role
The Car Rental Executive is responsible for managing the full rental process, ensuring an exceptional service experience that drives customer loyalty. This position works directly with clients to open contracts, handle payments, and oversee vehicle allocation.
Key responsibilities
- Open rental contracts with customers.
- Generate rental charges and manage required guarantees.
- Confirm reservations in advance.
- Maintain vehicle logs for assignment to reservations.
- Close reservation contracts and release guarantee deposits.
Required profile
- Intermediate English (mandatory).
- Student or graduate in tourism, administrative studies or related fields.
- At least 1 year of experience in customer service.
