About the role

The Small Business Executive will join the credit team of Caja de Crédito Metropolitana, supporting micro‑entrepreneurs by assessing their financing needs and guiding them through the pre‑qualification process. The role combines client interaction, field visits, and analytical tasks to drive loan approvals aligned with the institution’s growth objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Collect and analyze financial information from small businesses for credit pre‑qualification.
• Prepare credit proposals and present them to the underwriting team.
• Maintain regular contact with clients, providing guidance and service throughout the loan process.
• Conduct field visits to assess business operations and verify documentation.
• Achieve assigned sales and portfolio targets.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year experience as a Credit Executive in a financial institution.
• Currently enrolled in a university program related to Economic Sciences.
• Own vehicle and a valid driver’s license.
• Goal‑oriented with a strong commitment to customer service.
• Flexible schedule and willingness to work in the field.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to gather and interpret financial data for credit analysis.
