Ejecutivo/a de Ventas – Canal Mayorista

About the role

We are looking for a Sales Executive to lead our wholesale channel across El Salvador and Guatemala. The role focuses on expanding distribution, managing key accounts and driving growth for our portfolio of world‑leading photographic and audiovisual brands.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, prospect and open new strategic wholesale accounts to expand the channel.
• Manage commercial relationships with resellers, specialized distributors and retail chains.
• Negotiate prices, volume discounts, commercial conditions and payment terms.
• Prepare and present tailored commercial proposals for each client.
• Coordinate product and sales training for distributors and authorized partners.
• Monitor account performance and develop joint growth plans.
• Track market trends, competition and commercial opportunities, reporting to management.
• Maintain up‑to‑date client, opportunity and activity data in the CRM.
• Produce periodic commercial performance reports and track objective achievement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• Complementary studies in consultative sales, Key Account Management or channel development are a plus.
• Minimum 3 years of experience managing wholesale accounts, distributors or retail chains.
• Experience in selling technology, photography, video, audio or consumer electronics preferred.
• Proven experience in the Salvadoran market.
• Own vehicle, valid driver’s license and willingness to travel frequently between El Salvador and Guatemala.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with SAP Business One and CRM systems is desirable.
• Intermediate level of English.
