About the role

The Credit and Collections Manager will lead the collections team to ensure efficient recovery of receivables and achievement of recovery targets. This position combines operational leadership with hands‑on problem solving and close coordination with internal stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily activities of the collections team, including follow‑up, payment promises and record keeping.
• Monitor recovery goals, portfolio indicators and escalation of incidents.
• Negotiate and resolve complex client situations, ensuring timely payment application and accurate reconciliations.
• Guarantee compliance with financial policies, processes and internal controls.
• Train the team on best practices and the use of collection tools.
• Maintain constant communication with internal departments and the Shared Services Center.
• Report progress, raise alerts and participate in internal audits and committees.

Required profile

• Graduate in Accounting, Business Administration or a related field.
• Proven experience leading a collections area, preferably in a commercial environment.
• Disciplined, results‑oriented and capable of fostering a culture of order and continuous improvement.
