About the role

The Legal Specialist will provide comprehensive legal advice to all business units of Dongbu Corporation, ensuring that contracts, tender documents and investment agreements comply with applicable civil, commercial and contractual legislation. The role supports construction projects, infrastructure investments and private‑sector initiatives while assisting in dispute resolution and regulatory interactions.

Key responsibilities

• Review and draft contracts, agreements and internal policies to guarantee legal compliance.
• Advise project teams on legal aspects of construction, tendering and investment activities.
• Prepare legal reports, risk assessments and documentation for authorities and regulatory bodies.
• Manage legal issues related to disputes, claims and litigation.
• Coordinate with internal and external counsel on complex legal matters.

Required profile

• University degree in Law with solid knowledge of civil, commercial and contractual law relevant to construction and investments.
• Proven experience preparing legal documents, contracts and internal policies.
• Strong ability to identify and mitigate legal risks, offering practical solutions aligned with corporate strategy.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, negotiation ability and teamwork in multidisciplinary, international environments.
• Preferred experience in construction, infrastructure or real‑estate companies, English proficiency, and knowledge of compliance and data‑protection regulations.
