Key responsibilities
- Supervise and continuously improve pharmacy operations.
- Analyze performance indicators and identify root causes of low results.
- Develop and implement action plans for under‑performing locations.
- Lead, coach, and develop pharmacy teams.
- Enhance customer service and overall user experience.
- Drive problem‑solving initiatives and continuous improvement processes.
- Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical standards and internal processes.
Required profile
- Proven experience managing pharmacies.
