Growth & Experience Sr. Manager - Talent

About the role

Dollarcity, a retailer with more than 800 stores across Latin America, is looking for a Talent Growth & Experience Sr. Manager. The role leads the regional Talent agenda, turning business and Talent priorities into a focused roadmap so that performance, development, onboarding, culture and engagement work together to support sustainable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Define and prioritize the vertical agenda, choosing what the team will build, improve or defer.
• Oversee the design and execution of the programs needed for sustainable growth, ensuring they are delivered as agreed with the business.
• Integrate the capabilities and employee experience, with clear ownership and effective handoffs between performance, development, onboarding, culture and engagement.
• Partner with business leaders and HR partners to identify capability and employee-experience gaps and develop practical responses.
• Lead and develop the team, setting expectations, balancing priorities and coaching the team.
• Measure impact and drive continuous improvement, using evidence to improve, scale or stop initiatives.

Required profile

• 10+ years of experience in Talent Management, Development, Onboarding or Leadership Development.
• Experience building Talent capabilities in fast-growing or transforming organizations.
• Proven experience leading and developing multidisciplinary teams.
• Advanced English and Spanish.

• Strong business judgment and stakeholder management, able to influence senior leaders.
• Comfortable using data, insights and feedback to make decisions and measure impact.
• Solution-oriented mindset and ability to simplify complex Talent topics.
