Recruiter - Call Center Staffing

About the role

An experienced and proactive Recruiter is sought to join a recruitment team supporting the staffing needs of a growing call center. The role covers the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening to hiring, and suits someone comfortable in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting and sourcing to interviews, offers and onboarding.
• Sourcing candidates through job boards, social media, networking and employee referrals.
• Screen and evaluate applicants on qualifications, skills and cultural fit.
• Conduct interviews, give feedback and work with hiring managers on hiring decisions.
• Maintain an organized candidate database and keep communication timely.
• Work with the HR team on onboarding and integration of new hires.
• Monitor staffing needs and recommend talent acquisition strategies.
• Stay current on call center recruitment trends and best practices, and ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in BPO or a similar industry, with a good understanding of call center roles.
• Proven success in full-cycle recruitment for high-volume positions.
• Hybrid work capability, able to manage tasks independently and collaboratively.
• Strong communication, organizational and prioritization skills, able to handle several requisitions at once.

Required skills

• Knowledge of recruitment tools and sourcing strategies.
• Applicant tracking systems (ATS).
