Healthcare Recruiter

About the role

We are expanding our team and need a dedicated Healthcare Recruiter to manage our hiring pipeline. You will work on‑site in Colonia Escalón, San Salvador, supporting the recruitment of qualified professionals for our healthcare operations.

Key responsibilities

• Source, screen, and interview candidates for a variety of healthcare positions.
• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system.
• Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Required profile

• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
• Previous experience in customer service, recruiting, or administrative roles is preferred.
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in English.
