Healthcare Recruiter

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Healthcare Recruiter to manage the full‑cycle recruitment of healthcare and behavioral health positions across the United States. The role involves sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and supporting candidates through onboarding. The position is based on‑site in Colonia Escalón, San Salvador, with a Monday‑Friday schedule and weekends off.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for healthcare and behavioral health roles.
• Source candidates via Indeed, LinkedIn, job boards, referrals and other platforms.
• Conduct phone screenings and virtual interviews.
• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines.
• Maintain accurate ATS records and recruitment trackers.
• Coordinate background checks and pre‑employment requirements.
• Support candidates throughout the recruitment and onboarding process.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, customer service, sales or a related field.
• Strong written and spoken English.
• Excellent communication and candidate engagement abilities.
• Highly organized with strong follow‑up skills.
• Ability to manage multiple openings simultaneously.
• Proactive and comfortable working independently.
