Home Churn Intern

About the role

Tigo is looking for a Home Churn Intern in El Salvador, working on a 6-month project. The intern supports the Churn Management area by analysing information, tracking indicators and generating insights that help understand customer behaviour and strengthen retention strategies. The position suits students in their 4th or 5th year of Business Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or related fields who enjoy data analysis and business strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse information to identify improvement opportunities in customer management across different channels
• Follow up key indicators and results of the area proactively
• Investigate factors and trends influencing customer retention
• Collaborate with teams on initiatives focused on retention and customer experience
• Follow up projects aimed at reducing customer loss and strengthening commercial relationships
• Analyse customer interactions to generate recommendations
• Support the creation of estimates and performance analysis of campaigns and commercial initiatives

Required profile

• Student in their 4th or 5th year of a relevant degree programme
• Interest in data analysis, customer behaviour and business strategy
• Proactive, initiative-driven and eager to learn
• Good communication and teamwork skills, able to work with different areas of the organisation
