Dedicated Project Manager - Telecom

About the role

Spectrotel and AireSpring, partners in managed network services, are hiring a Dedicated Project Manager (Telecom). The role owns the full delivery lifecycle of telecom services, from order submission through installation and turn-up. It is execution-driven and requires independent management of several concurrent projects while meeting timelines, dependencies and customer expectations. The position is remote.

Key responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of telecom services, including order submission, provisioning, installation and activation
• Manage and enforce carrier timelines, including Firm Order Commitments (FOCs), and proactively address delays
• Drive installations to completion, ensuring site readiness, documentation and access are in place
• Act as the main client contact and communicate clearly throughout the project
• Identify risks early and lead escalations with carriers and vendors under tight deadlines
• Coordinate sales, engineering, vendors and customers, and track multiple projects with accurate status and documentation
• Ensure revenue realization and maintain high customer satisfaction
• Record project progress, updates and completion reports in internal systems

Required profile

• 3-5+ years of experience in telecom service delivery, provisioning or project management
• Proven end-to-end circuit delivery experience (internet, voice, fiber or cloud services)
• Ability to handle escalations and resolve delivery issues under pressure
• Strong organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Remote work setup with a reliable internet connection and suitable workspace

Required skills

• Understanding of carrier processes, site readiness requirements and installation workflows
• CRM or project tracking tools such as HubSpot or Salesforce
• Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
