About the role
The Impulsador will promote SAINSA’s products and services at retail locations and events, generating interest and driving sales. Working full‑time on‑site in San Salvador, you will interact directly with customers, explain product benefits, and support promotional activities.
Key responsibilities
- Engage customers at points of sale and events, presenting product features and benefits.
- Conduct product demonstrations and assist with the placement of promotional materials.
- Record sales information, prepare reports, and communicate results to the commercial team.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure proper execution of campaigns.
Required profile
- Strong customer service and communication abilities.
- Sales and promotion aptitude with a focus on achieving commercial targets.
- Ability to work in a team, manage time effectively, and adapt to rotating schedules if needed.
Required skills
- Basic computer skills for data entry, reporting, and communication.
