Ingeniero Biomédico – Mantenimiento de Equipos Médicos

About the role

We are looking for a Biomedical Engineer to perform preventive and corrective maintenance on a wide range of medical equipment across public and private health institutions. The role requires travel throughout the country and the ability to support equipment installation, training, and technical documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Install medical equipment such as sterilization units, video‑laparoscopy systems, vital‑sign monitors, infusion/enteral pumps, electrosurgery devices and other health‑care technologies.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on all assigned equipment.
• Assist in equipment presentations to health institutions.
• Travel to central, eastern and western regions of the country as needed.
• Record technical explanations on video and maintain documentation for equipment delivery.
• Provide training to maintenance teams in public and private facilities.
• Support the procurement and sales departments with technical queries.
• Use enterprise systems defined by management.

Required profile

• Graduated as a Biomedical Engineer.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in biomedical engineering.
• Own vehicle.
• Availability to respond to biomedical emergencies.
