Inside Sales Representative – U.S. Auto Market

About the role

We are a group of companies serving clients in the U.S., Spain and Central America. One of our clients is among the largest collision‑repair groups in the United States, and you will be selling their services over the phone to U.S. customers and partners.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound sales opportunities with real U.S. prospects.
• Own the full sales conversation from first contact to close, including qualification, objection handling and finalizing the deal.
• Maintain a clean and up‑to‑date CRM; if it isn’t in the system, it didn’t happen.
• Provide real‑time feedback from calls to help shape campaign strategies.
• Meet and exceed a monthly sales target.

Required profile

• Excellent, natural English – callers should never suspect you are outside the U.S.
• Strong sales instinct; you enjoy closing deals and don’t take “no” personally.
• At least 1 year of experience selling over the phone, in customer service or a similar persuasive role.
• Reliability, punctuality and comfort with performance metrics.
